Wednesday the All-NBA Teams were announced, and with them came a slew of congratulatory, confused and frustrated tweets.
Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant led all vote getters as the lone unanimous selection to the First Team, followed by Miami Heat forward LeBron James, Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah, Houston Rockets guard James Harden and Los Angeles Clippers guard Chris Paul.
Much to the chagrin of 124 NBA writers with voting privileges, Chris Sheridan, our esteemed Editor-in-Chief, was the lone vote preventing James from being a unanimous selection.
The Second Team consists of San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker, Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry, Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love, Clippers forward Blake Griffin and Rockets center Dwight Howard. Griffin was the recipient of Sheridan’s first-place vote.

The Third Team features Phoenix Suns guard Goran Dragic, Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard and forward LaMarcus Aldridge, Indiana Pacers forward Paul George and Charlotte Bobcats—henceforth known as Hornets—center Al Jefferson.
As ESPN’s Brian Windhorst reports, the Pacers are now due to pay George a hefty bonus (worth nearly $7 million) thanks to bonuses structured in his latest contract last summer. That’s quite a pay increase for making the third best 5-man roster in the NBA according to its writers.

After congratulating both his teammate, Joakim Noah, and Houston Rockets guard James Harden, Chicago Bulls forward Nazr Mohammed voiced his displeasure with one exclusion.
